(1) Organophosphorus chemistry with emphasis on P-ylide chemistry.

(2) Organic synthetic chemistry mainly focused on phosphorus reagents-mediated new reactions and synthetic methods.

(3) Medicinal chemistry mainly focused on the discovery of anticancer agents and the development of radio-active imaging agents.
